Does anyone like anime? And does anyone know how to draw anime? I would like to learn, but where can I start? Are there any good tutorial sites out there? Or does anyone have any tips?

The best thing to do is start out drawing faces. They're definitely one of the key parts of anime, and once you have that down you can move on using websites and books like the "How to Draw Manga" series. Here's a list of sites that might be of some help.

I agree with NeoValkyrion. Those books could help. Thing is, you just have to practice and master the guide line methods they do for drawings. Those circles and lines that guide artists on building up the form of their work. Along the way, you will be able to draw without those guidelines. 
You can also find anime tutorials at www.deviantart.com. Just type in what you want in the search bar at the top. There are lots of good tutorials there!
