HomePNA USB device and Ubuntu

I have a problem. My HomePNA USB adapter (HomeLine HA 1660/1666) doesn't work with Ubuntu. I have tried to configure username and password but it doesn't find my HomePNA device or cannot identify it for HomePNA device. Any ideas? I don't want to say goodbye for my Ubuntu.
