yes i was a litte time off line and i got -10 points and my acc ftp has been deleted [i think so] because i can't access it, but my sites are working. Could someone tell me if i have now more ponits than -10 i can use my account? and access ftp, could admin do something.

You can rest assured that this can't happen. If and when an account is terminated/suspended due to inactivity, it won't be done on a per service basis. So if that ever happens, everything on the particular account will stop working. As n0obie said, the problem could be the same as that's being faced by many people recently. Following the advice in the above thread will hopefully sort out the problem. Related topics
