Turkey Day Prep

So I don't know if there's a better place to post this, but I couldn't find a better place to post...

I was wondering how other people like to prepare their turkey for Thanksgiving, or just in general I guess since this is a global community. One of my favorite recipe's is below, enjoy!

A whole roast turkey brushed with a sweet and spicy glaze

Ingredients

2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
4 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon water
1 thawed turkey, (14 to 16 pounds)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 325F. Mix chili powder, garlic powder, allspice, cumin, salt, red pepper, honey and water in small bowl until well blended; set aside.
Remove neck and giblets from body and neck cavities of turkey. Drain juices from turkey/dry turkey with paper towels.
Place turkey, breast up, on flat roasting rack in roasting pan about 3 inches deep. Brush turkey with oil. Roast turkey 3 to 3-1/2 hours, cover the breast and top of drumsticks loosely with foil after 2 hours to keep it from drying out.
Uncover turkey breast and brush turkey with honey-spice mixture when about 45 minutes of cook time remains. Return foil to top of turkey and continue roasting until meat thermometer inserted deep in thigh reaches 180F. Let turkey stand 15 minutes before carving.

Animal killer! Naw, I'm just screwing with you, I am a vegetarian though. In all seriousness, please use quotes when you didn't write something yourself, which I assume to be the case here... (the mods nag about it, I just think it makes it more readable)
