When I looked at that picture I said "Wow! That's stunning" out loud, Ormoc City looks like an amazing place, well - wherever your picture was taken in Ormoc City does anyway.

The picture background is awesome and awestruck but we can't see the people who matter in the picture. So, its like posting the beautiful scenery? Yes, I think so.

That's where the wedding took place, you can even see the bride and groom atop the bridge. Did you not notice them or something? It's quite obvious what it has to do with the wedding anyway, just use some initiative.
