I have a domain hosted with my own DNS servers. I wish to host the e-mail for the domain on my FRIHost account. What is the info for the MX records for that domain I need to have FRIHost's servers manage my mail?
FRIHost MX Records
We don't supply DNS settings with our hosting accounts. From personal experience, I can highly recommend that you try Google Apps For Your Domain to handle your email. See this thread for details on how to use it.
Animal, he's using his own DNS servers
Your MX record can be anything, as long as it has an A record pointing to 216.32.85.170. Most people use mail.[yourdomain] (eg. my domain is daniel15.com, and my MX record is mail.daniel15.com)
If you don't want to add a new A record, you may use mail.frih.net instead
