That's an interesting article. It's nice to see that while everybody says the US government is corrupt, when it comes down to it, it still ranks reasonably high.

Yeah, it is pretty sound, but I fail t osee how zimbabwe ranked so highly (107), considering it's autocratic semi-despotism (biased view, don't taunt me for it!)
