Yo do you guys know any program that can be used to visualy mod cars before actually getting the work done.
e.g.: Adding different types of wheels, bumpers, different paint patterns, etc.
3D Studio Max is a good software for draw 3D model. 
try search google about this software. but it's not a freeware. Or you could Photoshop it if you don't want to create it from scratch.
I actually meant if there was a program where you could chose select your car and then modify it. Like the NFS Underground and higher.
This way I could be able to virtually mod my car before really doing it.
I don't think there is any such software; why don't you make it; perhaps you'll get rich doing it!
You could do really well selling it to car modding shops, so that they could show their customers what the finished product would look like before the customer buys it.
