It's a nice picture but it's not a hdr image it's just a jpg
A hdr image is a High Definition Range image which means that it has more than the the usual 255 levels of R, B and G. Actually it has an infinite range.
It might have been a hdr image at some point but it's not anymore.

nice how you pull the clouds out of the pic to show more.
It said in the tutorial that anything moving in the view will be blurred. How did you manage to make the boat still?

If HDR means higher then the usual 255, do you know what "HDR Lighting" is? is it a similar principle
