If you could tell someone to make any kind of website that you would visit regularly and would really like what would it be like?
What website do YOU want?
There are relatively few websites I would visit regularly.
It would probably involve some sort of continous, multiplayer game, but that's just me.
If it could be ANYTHING, then I'd tell this someone to make a search engine superior to google.

Superior to google? I don't think that would EVER happen.

Of course it will happen. Just as it will happen to MS.
Google? Outdone? Nah, ain't gonna happen. Oh well, I would have them make an MMORPG like RuneScape. www.runescape.com to check it out.

I would like a website which logs in to all my mail accounts, and collects the mail in one place.
And also scrolls the latest news from all areas of my interest on the top.
Then also connects to my social networking sites and shows the latest scraps and messages. I should then be able to reply to all these things from the same account.
Then a search engine that has a good bookmarking thing ( I think google started some History search ??? )
Then it should check the statistics of visitors to my blog and website and stuff....
Too much ... I Know ... But sure would like to have that....

It would be a link to all my favorite websites (of course, it would allow me to customize that list of sites). I'd also be able to do things like check my email, read the news, search the web, and communicate with people. So.. it would be like a portal of sorts to the online world.

That's what people said about Infoseek a few years ago as well as Lycos and Yahoo, but look at them now. Infoseek doesn't even exist anymore, and Lycos is using Ask.com as a crutch because their own bot sucks. Yahoo is the only one that didn't suffer adversely.
