If anyone here uses Outpost Firewall Pro & Windows Live Messenger, pls help me with this problem. I don't realli know whether it is the problem of outpost firewall or WLM, but if i log on to wlm long enuff, surely there will be some popups from Outpost which asks whether to allow a certain port for wlm. why isit that wlm is accessing so mani ports that i now have a long list of custom rules for wlm???!!!
Outpost PRO & Windows Live Messenger
Dunno, but one port should be enough. I have a router (blocks all ports) and I can still use WLM.
The problem is that Outpost frequently pops up, requesting to allow a random port for WLM, so i dont realli noe whether it is the fault of the firewall or WLM.
You can go preference by press f2 and add the wlm to a list of apps that always trust and allows it to start any
