does anybody knows a weather plugin for websites? I use joomla, it can be a module or a html code for static pages also

Intellicast.com has some free weather content for your site, as does Weather Underground.com.
Weather Underground has something called "weather stickers" that you can insert into your webpage. Go to the wunderground.com website, put in your zip code and you'll be taken to a page where you can choose what sort of code you want to display a variety of images/info about the weather conditions where you're at, or wherever you want to show.
