Hey guys, I'm trying to design a Knowledge base for my IT dept. and I'm thinking about incorporating ASP or VBScripting to automate many of the fixes for user simply by clicking a button. Maybe reading the WMI controls or restarting processes on the remote machine. Has anyone seen this done, or have any suggestions? I'm in the early planning stages of it, and I've been testing some code. But I've never seen it implemented...
