Your account has been deleted. Unless you have taken a recent backup, you will not be able to recover the data. We will not recover the data for you either.
We take spamming very seriously here on Frihost as you have just discovered. However, this may serve as a valuable lesson: Backup frequently and don't abuse systems that provide you services for free.

I dont see the point in spamming as if people would actually do that when they get such a great service such as frih host.
