Can't get on to cpanel!!

I need a little help please,

For some reason I haven't been able to get on to the cpanel page. I keep getting the "Page Cannot Be Displayed", "Cannot Find Server" error.

I've been able to upload a site from Frontpage but I can't use the cpanel to make adjustments.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I have no problem with cpanel login. maybe your ISP problem?

Well...the only firewall I have on at the moment is XP's.

Other than that I've tried putting my internet security on the lowest AND taking off the firewall, not that I think that's the problem.

I guess I'm going to have to contact an administrator about it.
