awstats problem

when i check my awstats it says

Last Update: Never updated (See 'Build/Update' on awstats_setup.html page)

any idea how i can get it running.. i really just need to know if my site is getting ANY traffic at all..

I believe there's a problem with the Direct Admin stats. Why not use something like Counterbank to track your visitors? It gives you more detail anyway and it's free too.

I installed the Awstats plugin a few days ago, according to one user it seems to be working.

Please note that the statistics are only updated once daily. Did you wait a whole day before checking? Also did you get any visitors lately?

still not sure what is wrong, i get the same error at the top of my stats page, its been about 48hrs maby a bit more..

AWStats is updated nightly, I believe (midnight or summit).

Offtopic: Bondings, have you considered announcing AWStats is installed?

I'm also having problems with my Awstats reports. It's registering no traffic at all for the entire month of November and I know this is not true because of my Google Adsense reports.
