Flash:fscommand parameters?

I had understand how to use The fscommand.( fscommand("exec", app.exe); ). I want to post parameters to this application. Is this posible?
I can't find anything on the webb so this is the last try.

You can no longer pass parameters via fscommand exec - from Flash player 6 onward.

In can look into using opensource or commercial flash projector applications, which may have functionality to extend flash's native fscommand.

Most probably security reasons.

It's in the best interest of Adobe ( formerly Macromedia ) to keep the safe from misuse by hackers, so some features get disabled if they prove to be unsecure.

well... but why not only on the local machine if the you run an exe? I think this is the last game I try to make in flash. I only want it finished. I think it will be java in the future. Very Happy
