Heres a reference to what I want my sites layout styled as.

Centered, Links at top, Banner, then three columns.Column 1, Links to equipment we use. Middle column which is the largest is the content, the third column for more links to equipment or links that aren't listed.
All I need really is the layout, source code, images, etc. But have it ready to go so I can upload it and work from there.
Umm...As far as colors.The main background color(not in the content area) black. Inside the content area gray, but make it editable so I can add a background image. I haven't decided what to use yet. Links red, font color red, hover black. What I do want similar to the layout is the table above the content for little news links. But whats different is that I want the three colums separated an image of a black bar, but not the whole length of the column and when its getting closer to the top faded. The links on the top I want separated by a table. border 1.
The banner I just want it to say Nothing Else. Preferably large using this font.

But, as far as content, standard arial font. And the bottom, all the legal stuff and a link back to your site.
