Shih Tzus
They are the greatest most aborable dogs on the planet. Without a doubt their is no way anyone can look them in the eyes with smiling. But thats one persons opinion, Im an owner by the way,
My Mother-In-Law has one and I get to take care of it when she is on vacation. Yeah, she's cute and everything you could want in a lap dog. But that long hair and short leg combo sure causes a lot of grooming problems if you have to walk them in snow, rain, grass, etc. 
Everytime I walked her, I had to carry her straight to the kitchen sink for a quick grooming.
If I had one, I think I would shave all that fur off! Both of us would be a lot happier.

Reminds me of the time I went to a zoo. There was only a dog there...
... It was a Shi tzu
... i sure don't like that long fur of theirs...
