What type of domains that can be parked?

my info was parked but i was wondering if subdomains can be parked?
like the subdomains from afraid.org

Some subdomains are quite hard to park on cpanel. Sometimes it only works if they are your main account.

yeah i was searching google about it and there are some domains that werent unable to park due to some cpanel thingy.

I've gotten afraid.org to work at my old host. Haven't tried here yet (hell my sites not even done) but I'm sure it will work.
