I heard you can only use free forums on your frih website so I was wondering can you use invisionfree forum.

But my invisionfree forum took me long time to make and I dont wana lose it so just wondering if invisionfree is allowed.
Invisionfree hosts them as well. You can't transfer the files. You could collect the database (after paying them) though it would only work with IPB which isn't allowed here.

yea just put a link on your website to the invision forums. You can't host the files on your site though. This will lead to major problems and you could lose your host.
use phpbb it is great plenty of fetures and rock solid stability plus lots of ppl hear to help if you run into truble
