I have installed a new ATI AIW 9600 2006 edition video card.

I updated the drivers with the latest ones.
The problem is when I view the TV feature
the CPU usage zooms up to 100% and it starts stuttering.
I did have a 9700AIW that worked just fine till the fan quit and it overheated.
The specs reccomend a min of 3ghz cpu if your using Windows Media Center.
And 1GHz minimum processor speed for MPEG-2 video capture
I use XPpro, a 2.54GHz CPU, 400FSB, and 1gig of ram.
There should be a feature I could toggle off in the ATI Catalyst Control Center,
but I have not been able to find anything that helps.
Any suggestions?
