Help selecting new graphics card

Hi all,
I'd just like to ask what graphics card would you recommend for my system:-

AMD64 4000+ Processor
ASUS A8V Deluxe M/B
1Gig RAM
2x 150Gig drives ATA
2x DVD Writers
Have radeon 9200 128MB Graphics card at the moment but would like to upgrade to 256MB maybe 512MB depending on price.

Need TV out. And the games I play most are Need For Speed series and the new Scarface game. At the moment the card can handle the run around scenes but when I start driving with things happening around me the graphics just start stuttering.

I'm also going for SATA drives too.. Would you have Maxtor or Western Digital?

Any recommendations would be appreciated...
