It has been a big topic in national and local news, with the elections coming up so soon. Many people are beginning to believe that the Democratic Party has a very good chance at taking control of the House of Representatives, with all of the things going wrong for the Grand Old Party. However, President George Bush has stated (according to CNN/FOX News) that the Republicans have a hold on both the Senate and House.
Q: Who do you think will have control after the elections?
Q: If Congress switches power, how will President Bush handle it for the next two years?
Q: If the GOP keeps power, how long until we see a change in the control?
God bless,
Pampoon
I expect it'll come out about even, perhaps a little on the side of the democrats, but not much.
I could care less, democrats can come into power, but the head cheese is still Republican.
if you ask me, this totally sounds like if something doesn't happen soon, i think that someone might start another civil war. Dems vs. Reps, i can just see it happening now, either that or it will kind of collapse under its own weight.
We should vote for the GOOD canidate and not dis the opposing canidate. Your judgement should be about who is the best and who will sastify our country, and the whole world, not who is on what party...

There is no 'good' candidate.
His name is Barack Obama
This is tough to call. I think democrats deff have a better chance this time. Democratic power will increase but if it is majority in house or senate is hard to say.

Democrats won both the senate and the house! Barack Obama is announcing soon if he is running for president in 2008 or not.
