Site is down but server isnt?

Site down... but server isn't?

Right now my site is down, but I can still access the site's controlls... and it says that the server has been up for "System Uptime 20 Days, 6 Hours and 54 Minutes"

I've been noticing this a lot where I wont be able to access my site for no apperant reason, what's up?? Is there any way I can avoid this downtime?

Mines had the same problem but has fixed now. Probablly one of those Apache restarts. Dont post unless its gone over 30 mins.

The stats indeed show Apache was down for like 5-20 minutes (hard to tell on a graphic), so it was not just an Apache restart. My apologies for the downtime.
