New Drug - Hepatitis B

FDA (Food and Drug Administration) <www.fda.gov/> has approved Tyzeka for treating Adults with chronic hepatitis B.

This Drug is not an Cure for Hepatitis B, But it restricts / reduces the growth of Virus that is responsible for this disease. To be specific, it is said that this Drug reduces Liver Inflammation (that accompanies this disease).

Currently there are Six US FDA(Food and Drug Administration) approved drugs to treat Hepatitis B.

It is very good to hear about this.
Finaly there is a way to slow down the virus, so we can further search to a cure so we can threat this illness.
