How can I enable the backup thing at the cpanel? I don't want to lose all my posts and threads from the previous host. If someone can help...

Go to backup, download the SQL file on a weekly basis. Maybe backup your files every 1 month

Do you want to restore a backup from your previous host?
Then put that backup in your root directory, not the public_html, and then go to the backup in cpanel and there should be an option to restore it.
It says this:
