I really think that you can improve this site if you took in consideration of how devoted people are to making a site and get rid of people that haven't been often using. I understand that there is a point system that does that, but i think that this can be more sufficient through clearing out non-users...

The problem is that most of the account creaters are busy making new sites rather then taking down the old ones. Really it doesn't affect it that much. There isn't much of a chance that they could do that.
