french google ads over english

Anyone had the problem... my ad's are being displayed in french, with the occasional english ad here and there...

my site has no french text or anything related 2 french on it.. i only just added google ad's to my site

in my google account, language is set to english

Yeah, it happened to me too........ I got ads in Chinese..... It is happening to you because any french advertiser may have chosen to target the keywords related to your site's content or you may have got some words that have some meaning in French (low possibility). Email them with screenshots if you want these to be removed.

In your Adsense account there is a place to block certain websites from advertising on your website, so if it is just one site that will fix it.
