to use the Wheel Mouse and a Scrollbar.

There is a driver in Borland 5 .. its WM_HSCROLL, WM_VSCROLL, WM_MOUSEWHEEL.

Try looking them up on MSDN ( http://msdn.microsoft.com ) Just type them in and it will tell you how to use them. They are window messages and need to be handled in the window process.
