Serious Problem

this is a serious problem that i am facing with my mail account that i created with the hosting service. when sending messages via thunderbird, it gives an error that the IP has been blacklisted by cbl.abuseat.org

i cannot send messages but can recieve. i think that this is a server problem. pls help.

Go to http://cbl.abuseat.org and get the IP removed.

They usually remove the IP straight away but chances are you will get re listed so then you need to find out what is causing it and stop it!
