Could anyone tell me which is better to build a web site? Will you choose xoops or will you prefer PHP-Nuke?
Which one do you prefer, xoops or PHPNuke?
I'll choose XOOPS, because PHP-Nuke has an amazingly large amount of bugs and security flaws 
The forums integration isn't a problem - there are a lot of XOOPS - IPB/phpBB/SMF bridges
