Hello, I am trying to see if I can make a fanfiction website, but I need PHP and mySQL capabilities, which my cable company has recently taken off (if you get their internet, they will give you a webpage). If I have misread things and I can't do that here, sorry.

You should find what you need here. Just make sure you get some decent posts under you belt and you should have no problems. The most common reason for request rejections are short posts.

Well, I usually dont like to talk to strangers on the net, but here it seems ok. I saw a computer help section and I am good with computers so I will try to help who I can. I posted a response or two who had problems that were not resolved. Will continue to see what I can do for you folks and try to participate in other random discussions.
