My Bluetooth dongle does not work since I have installed XP service pack2.I am not able to connect my phone to PC. Can any 1 help?

Get a latest driver from the bluetooth dongle manufacturer website for your operating system.
Just unplug your dongle and reconnect it.

What you need to do is get the latest "Stack" for your bluetooth adaptor. If the device is built in (Laptop..ect). Get the latest stack from the maufacturer of the PC. If the device is add on (USB Device) you will need to visit the website of th maker of the particular device for the most current "Stack".

I have been using my bluetooth dongle with latest SP but don find any problems. Even I faced similar problems but i found that latest XP SP comes with bluetooth drivers which are automatically installed on inserting the bluetooth dongle and also these are recognized by the latest Nokia PC Suite. So try using the inbuilt Microsoft Driver for ur dongle(hope they are supported).
