Lose the pop-up on entry
Lose the annoying white noise
Don't make the website in Flash
Use a better colour scheme for the embedded web pages
Correct the spelling errors

The splash has a lot of spelling errors ..
As for the main site itself, the 'entrance' of the components looked quite professional, until the content itself appeared, which personally looked kinda nasty.
Kinda reminds me of people who use tutorials to make some parts awesome, but lacking substance inside ..

but the forum doesn't fit with it. skinning on probards isn't hard, just look a few minutes on their support forum, I would preffer an invisionfree forum but it's your choice.
I would also do some other thing to the site.
create a folder called forum.
make in that forum an index page that includes the following:

Really like it. But, I do not believe that you created the flash based on the look of fonts and content and such.

I downloaded the flash MX already but still can't handle it and don't know how to use. so pity... 
Nice flashwebsite although some pages look a bit kiddie because of the colours but nice page I couldn't do that

simple templamate used . design is worse from my point of view . you should combine colors and fonts , some details looks like made in 90`s

Yea I aggree with Anderman
Try and keep the font the same as your links cause it doesnt go with the site
