Setting up CRE loaded osCommerce and NEED SOME INFO

So if someone could please go down this list and answer these questions, that'd be great. I need all this info to setup my shopping cart on my site:

1. What version of PHP and MySQL does Frihost support?

2. What kind of servers does Frihost use? (apache, etc.)

3. What tools does Frihost supply for database creation and account administration?

4. Does Frihost support phpMyAdmin for administering my database? If not, what do they use or recommend for database creation and administration?

5. Does Frtihost backup my website files? How often? My database too? How often? How do I have files restored?

6. What is the Hostname or IP address of my database server?

7. What is my exact database username?

8. What full-rights password does my database use?

9. What is the name of my database? (not the database username)

10. Have the database and username been linked?

11. Is there a secondary database username and password with more restrictions which offers more security?

12. What is the full path to my Web Server Root Directory?

I know it's quite a list...but that's everything that CRE Loaded osCommerce tells me I need to ask Frihost before I start uploading and installing it. It's a pre-installation checklist...so I'd appreciate some help please so I can get to installing my cart as soon as possible!

You can create your own databases and you manage your own account. You don't have access to DNS settings.

No - you have to backup manually.

I think it's 216.32.85.170 but I'm not 100% sure on that...

It's your DirectAdmin login name.

You create the databases yourself, so that's up to you.

Again, you create it, so it's username_databasename.

No - you create your own databases.
