MMAI - Modern Martial Arts Initiative: Training Aids

odinstag
I have recently started a series of Martial Arts Training Aids for the up and coming fighter.

Modern Martial Arts Initiative is proud to present to you our first Training Aid: Vital Targets.

This small E-Book is free and will teach you many vital points on the human body. The information is presented in a straight forward non technical manner and should be easy for anyone to use.

Please use the information carefully and good luck in your future.

I would like anyone that is into the Martial Arts to comment on whether this was useful. Feel free to use this E-book as you wish in your school if you find it useful.

Modern Martial Arts Initiative

Just click on the Vital Targets Link on the left to be taken to the download page.

I will be adding more free resources and will announce them on this thread. Keep checking back.
