Also, the content border ( the green texture ) is cut off on the right. I think it would make more sense if you justified everything to the right.
The black and white text is a little painful to the eyes after a while, consder making the text just a little tad on the gray side, just for a better longer stay on the webiste.
Also, usually, headers and links should be eccentuated and be seen easier. The dark blue on the black doesn't work that well. I think you should have the same contrast, just different hues with the text and the links and headders. Just make the text less bright and the links and headers more bright.
The ads look good ( if you want, also justify them right ). The headers on the ads are a very nice colour. You should use that colour in your Headers, then use the same green for your links.
Also, find a better way to blend in that content border, it seems very edgy.
