Scarface and Directx error code 2156 facility 2166

Hi all I've just installed the new scarface game and I keep gettin this error:-
D3DERR_INVALIDCALL
code:2156,facility:2166,severity:1

OS- Windows XP.
Processor- AMD64 4000+
RAM- 1GB Crucial (512 pair)
Have Directx 9.0c installed is there a workaround or can you pinpoint the problem for me?

Using dxdiag shows no errors.

OK... I know you said that you have DX9.0C but tripple check that you have downloaded all the latest directX downloads. The second thing to check is your drivers. Older or newer drivers might help. What kind of card is it?

Yeah as ben.lastname said check your graphics card drivers they may need updating. And might i add you will love this game Laughing

i installed new version of driver
i installed directX again and again

but nothin' change Sad

i' ve got;

Ge force 4 Mx 4000 128 mb pc Question

After doing a little research, It could possibly be that your PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements.
