In Australia, one can get a VET Cert III in Radio Broadcasting quite easily. If you have ever thought about it, why not now? Generally, your local community radio station can help.
Personally, I have found it to be every interesting and exciting.
I think that I would be on the technical side of broadcasting. I'm not a very good actor, and I prefer to communicate through text. I don't think that I would do a good job of actually running a show.
I like the thought of a time-critical technical job--I am part of FIRST robotics and this is the funnest because in five minutes ago, the autonomous mode program needs to be done, and it never works quite right, but we improvise and everything seems to come out all right.
So, as fun as it would seem at first, I'd rather be behind the scenes.

I am into it now and I run my own show. It works well.It is very time critical trying to get the information out quickly and effectivly.
