Being an air traffic controller is a very high stress job. They wind up with about 10 years cut from their life due to stress. I talk to those fellas - they're polite, but very businesslike.
Why would that make a good game?

Welcome ChrisL! Hope you enjoy your time here.
@those coonfused about VATSIM.
What he is talking about is a Virtual Air traffic controlling. It is a pretty big pasttime for some folks. It is an outgrowth of the flight simulators that allow you to fly aircraft with others over the internet. To make the sim world more "realistic", a number of groups popped up to offer ATC to this online pilots. Programs were written that took position info from all the flight sims and mapped them onto "radar scopes". The pilots and controllers communicate by typing or voice programs. There are one or two folks on Firhost who are also into this.
Not really a game, but a hobby, I guess. It tries to be quite realistic and is actually a lot of fun, since you arent stressing about really messing up.
BTW- I moved this to INTRODUCTIONS. If you'd like to discuss virtual ATC more, I believe there is still a topic in the Hobbys section.
