hey,

When I try to visit my site and go to the cgi-bin (http://www.frietkot.frih.net/cgi-bin/) it says:
403 Forbidden:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can anyone help me?

Why are you trying to visit a page in the cgi-bin directory? First of all those scripts should also be working in all other directories and otherwise it's a permission/configuration issue.

If I am not mistaken, you can only upload or download files through FTP programs if the hosting server permits. Users trying to access the subdirectory using web browser either are not permitted or may be required to enter passwords

Hello. I must also access from a Javaapplete a file and cgi. http://www.tdossi.frih.org/cgi-bin/high.txt In it the score high score is stored for a play. Is there möglichkeit how does one come, otherwise, from outside to the file?
