Joomla i Mambo są często celami ataków hakerów i są bardzo dziurawe. Wszyscy użytkownicy tych cmsów proszeni są o update (do najnowszej wersji) lub wymianę jak najszybciej to możliwe. Prosimy też o szczegółowe sprawdzenie swoich plików pod względem skryptów i oczywiście możliwości ataków.
Prosimy też dodać do swojego .htaccess taki fragment (aby zablokować najczęstrze dziury)

AWITS (po pl- Alarmowy, Ostrzeżeniowy i Informacyjny System Kuponowy-AOISK-przyp mtx) albo co powinniście wiedzieć o nowym Alert, Warning and Information Ticket System.

Stworzyłem AWITS aby ułatwić naukowy sposób obsługi ostrzeżeń i alarmów.

Najbardziej drastyczną zmianą dla użytkowników jest zniknięcie pw (prywatnych wiadomości) i wymienienie ich na prywatne dyskusje o ostrzeżeniach. Prywatność oznacza, że dotyczy tylko dla wybranych użytkowników i staffu. PW dostajemy tylko gdy dyskusja jest otwierana lub zmieniana od naszej ostatniej bytności tam. Są też linki do tego tematu z waszego konta.

Jeśli "odpowiedź jest potrzebna" (a reply is need), oznacza to, że trzeba tam zamieścić jakąś informację lub potwierdzenie części akcji, którą masz podjąć. Np. zmiana sygnatury, avatara czy wywalenie plików z twojego konta.

Jeśli Ci zależy na koncie- nie ignoruj AWITów! I staraj się naprawić zaznaczone w nich błędy jak najszybciej. Ignorowanie go czy popełnianie tego samego wykroczenia ciągle spowoduje np. utratę hostingu lub bana.

Teraz trochę info:

Ostrzeżenie (warning) dotyczy głównie sygnatur, awatarów, kiepskich postów czy kopjuj-wklej.

Alarm (alert) dotyczy konta hostowego: muzyki, warezu, torrentów, spamu, proxy, irc czy sprzedawania naszego hostingu. Zwykle za coś takiego banujemy użytkowników (bez powiadomienia). Jeśli jednak otrzymasz takie coś- uważaj się za szczęściarza.

Informacja (information) informuje nas o czymś co dotyczy użytkownika i są niewidoczne dla Ciebie. To rozmowy staffu.

Zwyle AWIT to jeszcze nie koniec świata. Nie dajemy bana za x AWITów. To zależy od ciążących na Tobie zarzutów. I Twoich reakcji. AWITy nie są usuwane- jedynie zamykane (jak tematy).

A na koniec (wreszczie-przyp. mtx) kilka info o nowościach:
*Nowi użytkownicy, którzy będą pisać marne posty, kopiować i wklejać (chociaż starzy użytkownicy też) niech się strzeżą.Banujemy dużo ludzi- dzięki temu forum stanie się bardziej przejrzyste.
*Wszystko co nie legelne niech będzie u Ciebie na komputerze,a nie na naszym hostingu.
* Ignorowanie AWIT i powtarzanie tych samych błędów, jakie tam były zaznaczane grożą sankcjami.

Liczę, że większość z was nie spotka się z AWITem.

Statystyki (Webalizer) na serwerze 2 działa od kilku dni. Trochę dłużej nam się zeszło z naprawianiem go, ale udało się.

Był problem z Apaczowymi logsami i nie zawsze się apdejtowały. Ale już wszystko działa. Co godzine się apdejtują i pokazują dane z tego dnia (a nie 24 godzin). Dla zobaczenia poprzednich logsów naciśnij na "Backed up Apache Logs".

Te logsy, które powstawały w czasie zepsucia nie są dostępne, ale to wynika z Apacza. Tego Boldings zmienić nie potrafi.

Używanie bandwicza Apacza także nie była naliczana od kilku ostatnich tygodni. Mam nadzieje to naprawić.

To start, if you have important information you should always have some kind of copy or backup in place. It doesn't always have to be a recent copy, though.

In our case, we do our best to protect the data and do have off-server backups but no system is perfect and always something might happen. You shouldn't place your complete trust into this - not in our case or in any other free or paid host (even the most expensive ones). You should always be sure to have a (recent/less recent) copy of your files.

If you only have html/php files and you uploaded them from your own computer to Frihost, then there is no need for a backup as you already have the files in question on your computer.

If you have some data in mysql (not just default installation of a cms/forum) then it is indeed a good idea to make a backup of it in order to restore it if the data gets lost or something happens to your website (hacked or you accidently removed something yourself).

To make a full/partial backup with DirectAdmin, go to the "Create/Restore Backups" link, select the items to include in the backup and click on "Create backup". The task will then be put in the queue and should start the next minute. Please wait till it is finished and do not attempt to create another backup at the same time.

Once it is finished, go to the file manager and download it (or with ftp). It will be stored in /backups/backup-<date>-1.tar.gz . Download it and afterwards remove it from your account. Please note that keeping the backup on your account is useless and takes a lot of space. Also, do not create backups too often as it generates a lot of server load, definately if you have a lot of data (over 100MB).

Mam *bardzo* dobre wieści. Osiągnęliśmy półap pół miliona postów. Klasyfikuje nas to jako duża plansza (spróbuję nas tam wpisać). Dzięki wszystkim użytkownikom, którzy do tego doprowadzili. I nie zapominajmy o obsłudze forum, bez której byłoby to niemożliwe.

Teraz świątujmy i dążmy do miliona postów do 2008!

W skrócie dodana została funkcja pozwalająca wyłączyć ogłoszenia z indexu- "Featured Discussions". Od teraz w tym miejscu pokazywać się będą tylko najnowsze ogłoszenia, a po kliknięciu na przycisk "Set Viewed" będą one traktowały jako przeczytane i nie będą wyświetlane.

Oczywiście tekst nie tłumaczyłem dosłownie tylko napisałem własnymi słowami. Myśle, że jest równie zrozumiały.

Dodane zostały dwa nowe kategorie na forum.

Pierwszą jest Historia. Można tu dyskusować na temat wydarzeń z odległych i jak i bliższych latach np. dinozaurki.

Drugą kategorią jest Języki i Tłumaczenia gdzie można pomagać lub pisać swoje prośby tłumaczenia i gramatyki różnych nie znanych języków.

Tak po krótce wiadomość oznacza, że oczekiwanie na hosting jest często z dużym opóźnieniem. Powodem jest brak szybkiej możliwości sprawdzenia-weryfikacji waszych postów. Dalej mniej więcej pisze, że chcieli by wiedzić kto jeszcze oczekuje na autoryzacje a kto już nie chce.

Staff postara się poprawić ten błąd(szybko autoryzacja) jak to szybko możliwe.

Pisanie poprawnych postów w angielskich tematach przyspieszy akceptacje.

Jeżeli coś źle napisałem można mnie poprawić.

Jak można zauważyć dodana została dość rozbudowana funkcja raportowania użytkowników. Dzięki temu administrator będzie wiedział lepiej na kogo zwrócić bardziej uwage i komu będzie należał się ban na forum.

Raportowi podlegają:
- Posty
- Tematy
- Użytkownicy
- Avatary
- Sygnatury


Raportowanie polega na wyborze odpowiedniej kategorii i napisaniu 1-2 zdań na temat dlaczego uważamy, że należy brać pod uwage ten post, temat itd.

Usunięte raklamy google dla zalogowanych użytkowników forum. Są tylko po pierwszej wiadomości. Powodem są bardziej wartościowe posty oraz ich większa ilość oraz coraz więcej użytkowników.

Usunąłem reklamy Google dla zalogowanych użytkowników. Zostały tylko między 1 a 2 postem w temacie. Może dodam niektóre z powrotem, ale na pewno nie tyle ile dotychczas. Zmienię też położenie reklam Chitika.

Mam nadzieję, że forum się wam będzie bardziej podobało z mniejszą ilością reklam. I mam nadzieję, że sprawi to, że będą więcej/lepsze posty i użytkowników.

Z niezwykłym podnieceniem ogłaszam, że Frihost ma 2 lata. Mam nadzieję, że podoba wam się nasza wspólnota i nasz serwis.

Przez ostatni rok wiele się zmieniło.

Stworzyliśmy Frihost Directory (linkownię-przyp.tłum.) choć nadal jest do poprawienia, ale już linkuje wiele stron. Mamy trochę nowych forów i obsługi forum, a przede wszystkim osiągnęliśmy pół miliona postów.
Powstał tez system AWITS i raportowania, co spowodowało, że porządkowanie forum jest łatwiejsze.

Chciałem dodać pewne zmiany (opcje), ale z braku czasu się nie udało. Ale pojawią się.

Zainstalowałem php 5 (wersja 5.2.3) na serwerze numer 1 (ludzie z domena frihost.neet) dla testów.

Czekam na jakieś informacje o błędach i problemach związaych z php5 na serwerze numer1. Jeżeli jest coś nie tak zgłoś do mnie wraz z swoją stroną co jest źle.

Nie ma dużo błędów. Jeżeli wersja ędzie mieć problemy do zostanie wrócone do php4, a jeżeli będzie działać przeniesoione zostanie na serwer numer 2).

Tak to mniej więcej wygląda.

I still have to change the nameservers, though, but that shouldn't have any noticeable effect. The only problem was the server faulty server time, but that was quickly changed.

New accounts are not yet scheduled on Server 3 since a lot of things still have to be setup/changed. More information about this to follow soon.


W skrócie bo mi się nie chce tego całego tłumaczyć.

Powstanie 3 server (domena frih.org). Chodzić będzie na intel core 2 duo E6600, 2GB RAM i 150GB SATA2 dziłający na FREBSD. Będzie mieć DA apache 1 PHP 5 i MYSQL 5. Nowe konta na serwerze 3 nie będą jeszcze dostępne.

Na razie strona i forum frihostu została przetransferowana na nowy server i trzeba troche ustawić to pod nowy serwer.

I also had to remove the PEAR and LIBXML php options since php didn't want to compile with them. I don't think they were used much, so hopefully this won't cause any problems for the websites/accounts.

The websites on server 2 seem to be much faster now, but that's probably just good luck and not mostly not related to the change, although php 5 is indeed a bit faster than php 4.


Czyli już oficjalnie mamy potwierdzone, że na serwerze numer 2 mamy php 5 w wersji 5.2.4.

I na przyszłość dla wszystkich ten wątek nie jest, żeby w nim komentować.

The move will most likely be done within a few days (more information to follow). I'll try to minimize downtime, just like I did with the move of the forums. Osoby z serwera piewrwszego przenoszeni są na na wielki cPanel VPS. Jest to około 100 kont. Ma to zminimalizować opóźnienia na forum. Dodatkowo po kilku testach na serwerze numer 1 bedzię aktualizacja z MySQL 4 do 5 ( miejmy nadzieje, że wkrótce dostaniemy informacje, że drugi serwer też go dostanie). Osoby kożystające z aliasów IP będą musieli wpisać w domenach nowe IP.

If you have a subdomain, there is nothing that you need to do, apart from checking that everything is ok.

If you have a domain with nameservers ns1.frihost.net and ns2.frihost.net, then there is also nothing that you need to do.

If you have custom dns settings, setup somewhere else, like an A record to our (previous) ip address 216.32.68.250, then you will need to change it to 72.249.102.79, the new ip address!

Please note that the accounts will be kept for over a week on server 1. Of course all changes there are not recorded on VPS 1, the new server.

Jeżeli masz w nazwie serwera ns1.frihost.net o ns2.frihost.net . Nie mósisz nic zmieniać. Jeżeli masz adres ip 216.32.68.250 to musisz zmienić go na 72.249.102.79.
