If I want to use the quick connect feature in SSH Secure Shell 3.2.9 to transfer my files to frihost what are the proper commands to issue in the connect to remote host box?

I could not remember why I was not using SSH. I will have to make a note to myself for every time I reformat my HD.
Also remember to format the hard drive with xfs file system.
