What was the last movie you saw? Mine was the Gridiron Gang. That movie is really impressive.
The Last Movie You Saw?
The last movie i saw is Jack Ass 2 and there arent many words to describe the movie. To say the least johny knoxville is insane. A.K.A. He almost dies twice and laughs about it. Also watching a midget run around naked in a meeting is quite enjoyable to say the least. Truly a beutiful movie, a masterpiece of modern art and an elegance which is not yet discovered in many movies is the midget. Time to ditch your scripts and make sure you have a midget in it.
Heh. The last one was Equus. I had to see the movie after I watched a few local students perform the play one silly night. It was very good.
Before that, it was White Zombie. It's a zombie movie from the 30's starring Bela Lugosi, set in Haiti. Definitely up there on my black and white horror list!

The Notebook.
It's obviously a Hollywood production of romance movie. You may have seen such a movie for thousands of times, but you still keep on going.

The last one I saw was Dead Man's Chest. I felt it was a bit long, and Jonny Depp's performance wasn't as good as in the first episode.
IB exams are coming soon, so don't really have time to go out much.

I would rate it 6.5/10. The plot is pretty simple and acting is sort of ok ! but the movie conveys a good message at the end. Overally a good timepass movie.

Memoirs of Geisha.
Its a very good film, the quality of picture is superb, and thankfully the film isn't in subtitles.
Its slightly hard to keep up with some parts of the film, as there are points where the actors speakm quickly, or in hished tones, and it becomes hard to understand their words through thier accent.
overall I thought it was a very good film.
I'd give it 8/10.

Last film I saw at the cinema was "My Super Ex-Girlfriend". I can safely say that there was very little plot and only mildly funny gags. Altogether I would not recommend it.
On a lighter note, I'll be in the line to see "The Guardian" soon, that looks to be a really good film.

the last one i saw was Hard Candy
An intriguing story about a 14 year old girl who meets with a thirty-ish photographer she meets on the internet. He might be hiding something, but she may not be as innocent as she seems. A definate must-see!

Snakes on a plane.
Very fun movie
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0417148/
I'll give it 8/10
One scene that I enjoyed was when the steward (I think) cought a snake and put it in a microwave, then pressed a on the microwave "SNAKE" + "START", and the snake exploded... hehe that was funny.

Last movie I saw was...Idk can't remember the name but it was really funny, 9/10 but it was a dirty movie so someone will probaly remember it, nevermind I do now it's Clerks. That movie was hilarious and wrong at the same time.
I don't really remember, but I believe Mike pulled me aside to watch Dodgeball calling it the "funniest movie ever." It was pretty funny, but not as funny as he made it out to be. Because I want to be a jack*ss like everyone else, I give it a 7.9578237564725943792384934/10.
my tutor friend-a korean movie
er.. Da Vinci Code.
It's really convicing...
Makes you wonder...

The devil wears prada
This was a pretty enjoyable movie. . . much better than APHC which I last saw Meryl Streep in. We decided to go because of rotten weather here& this would be a perfect rainy day movie. Anne Hathaway is an very, very beautiful young woman with gorgeous eyes. All the actors were good. a real treat for those who like fashion. Story very predictable and reminds me of old Hollywood movies of the 40's & 50's . I was disappointed in end and found several (or more!) plot devices rather unbelievable. But still nice to see a movie with people beautifully dressed & made up and absence of foul language and gratuitous sex!
6/10

The last movie that I saw is "Da Vinci Code".
To tell you the true, I didn't really like it, I didn't like this zaner of Movies.
It more adventure, mysteri, and I don't like it, I like more the action, the fun and the horror.

The last movie I saw was King Kong. I know it was ages ago, but I just don't have the time right now to go to movies.
The last movie I saw was Robin Hood: Men in Tights.
Imo one of Mel Brooks' funnier movies, althought I quite like Spaceballs too.
I think the last movie I saw was Crash... it was that movie that deals with racism and such. It was pretty good.
We saw "The Departed" last night. It was billed as a return to form for Martin Scorsese. It's not. Overlong, far-fetched plot. I don't mind swearing and violence in movies but this films contains way too much.
Leonardo DeCaprio shines, Jack Nicholson did a good Jack Nicholson, but Mark Wahlberg was awful.

Hi People,
Yesterday night on HBO, I saw Cursed, with Christina Rice and Joshua Jackson.
I liked.
I change my bet very times about who did infect her and her brother. It´s was cool.
My note for this movie is 8.5.

good fun.. animation's quality's pretty but can be done much better.. for me the screenplay was just above average.
The two scenes in the forest, one when the dam breaks and the last one chasing the hunters were damn funny.. good entertainment.

and the hero was Tom Cruise . That was a nice movie and after that i just haven't seen any other movie.

Watched "sneakers" yesterday .. its rated 7/10 at imdb and I would say its definitely over-rated. Movie deals with computer security/cryptography ect and i found was pretty lame for a 7 rating at imdb. Maybe the cast was one of the reasons for a 7 rating.
The last movie I saw was "Plan 9 From Outer Space". Taped it from last week and finally got to see it....What a great bad movie! If you haven't seen this awful "Z" movie, you have got to rent it, get some friends overs, have a few beers and pop this sucker in. If you dont laugh your butt off, you need help.

Intro by Criswell: Greetings, my friend. We are all interested in the future, for that is where you and I are going to spend the rest of our lives. And remember my friend, future events such as these will affect you in the future. You are interested in the unknown... the mysterious. The unexplainable. That is why you are here. And now, for the first time, we are bringing to you, the full story of what happened on that fateful day. We are bringing you all the evidence, based only on the secret testimony, of the miserable souls, who survived this terrifying ordeal. The incidents, the places. My friend, we cannot keep this a secret any longer. Let us punish the guilty. Let us reward the innocent. My friend, can your heart stand the shocking facts of grave robbers from outer space? |
The Last movie I saw in theaters was "The Illusionist". Very good, but you have to pay attention.
The Last movie I was was "Lucky Number Sleven", which, again is a very good movie, but you have to pay attention.

I liked that movie with all these riddles.

"El crimen ferpecto". Good.

Last one I seen was "The Departed." I didn't think I would like it but was really surprised how good it was and was surprised it has done so well too.
Hm... the last movie I saw was "Miami Vice," I think... Oh yeah, it was because my friend dragged me along. I didn't plan to watch that movie at all -- actually, I hadn't heard of it till my friend dragged me along with him... But, well, actually, the movie was good. Though, having also dragged him to watch "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" (in an almost revenge, I suppose you can say *grin*)... I thought "Dead Man's Chest" was better. The ending? Totally, completely blew me damn far, far away. *huge toothy grin*

I watched The Ice Harvest last night.. I had read the book a couple months before, and while the book was decent, the movie was not nearly as good.. I'd recommend it as something to watch on a weekend when you have nothing else to do and if you get a copy for free.. I would have been very disappointed if I had actually paid to rent it
If you like (fairly old) French cinema, you'll like 'Jules et Jim'. I saw this years ago and couldn't find it, to the point where I thought I'd dreamt the plot up. I found it last week on DVD and it's fantastic.
the last movie I saw in the theatres was The Devil Wears Prada I think.
The butterfly effect -- I have seen it once before and I didn't understand the movie untill the end :0P But now that I know and understand I can watch it and understand everything from the begining. I love the move, not one of my favourite but one of my top 20's
Been some time since I seen one.
Last has been:
POTC: DMC
(er, Pirates of the Carribbean: Dead Man's Chest)

One of the best movies in the past ten years, highly recommend it
I just saw Lucky Number Slevin. Very entertaining film with smart writing and the acting was great as well
The last movie i saw was the horror-movie "Silent Hill". It was evil, disguisting, scary - I hated it, and I could not sleep untill 2am because I still felt like I was in the movie.
Just like a horror movie should be :)

The perfume, but I have to say that the book it is far better than the movie.
The last movie I saw was a Hong Kong movie called "Exciled". It described a gangs of five people who once were triad members and unable to escape from the Boss.
Whereas the last western movie I saw was the Click. A funny and warmy movie this year

Right now a crappy Van Damme movie called Double Impact is playing on the TV in the background, before that I was watching The Usual Suspects - superb movie, that.
The most recent film I've seen at the cinema was Snakes On A Plane. Great, if you don't take it at all seriously. On DVD, it was The Butterfly Effect, which while let down in a few places was a good movie.

Just got me Cannibal Holocaust, a film I saw on TV a long time ago. It marked my "fragile little mind" at that time... with some scenes I'll never forget. Watching it again now I thought the movie wasn't so well done, but those amazonian scenes filmed in "hand-held camera style" are still amazing. I'll give it a 10 out of 10 for just a few extremely impressive amazonian scenes of primitive people doing very barbaric things... and 4 out of 10 for the rest of the movie. The al'round would be.... 5 (because the 10 out of 10 scenes aren't that many).

I saw this one too and I didn't think it was so bad, but I read others commenting on it and saying they've hated it. Not sure why. OK, it's not a good movie, but I didn't think it was that bad...
Last thing I've seen is quiet an old movie... it's called Talented Mr. Ripley. And I liked it alot. It was one of the movies that aren't hyped out and the bigger is the surprise when you get to see em.
Story is about young man, Thomas Ripley, who at first glance doesn't have any skill, ability.... any TALENT. As time goes by we can see that he's not what he looks like... his special talent is to imitate people's behavior, habits... everything. Well for the sake of those who haven't seen it I won't go into further detail but I strongly recommend this one!
Have any of you seen SAW3?

Last movie I saw was Click. It's from famous films. And non-famous film was russian "Heart of Dog", that tells about dog, who through surgical operation turned into a man.
the last one i saw was BORAT
The Hills Have Eyes... in two words: Dreadful and disgusting.
Id like to say that the last movie i saw was deep and thoughtful but id be lying! i saw X-Men 3:the last stand and i must say that it was not much of a movie if youre looking for some questionraising thought provoking insights. but i must confess that it is a pretty good movie anyho. it has great entertainment value and i must give it a 7/10. the action alone could let you spend a night infront of the tv and not feel it is a wasted night!
cheers! cya
cheers! cya
Last night I saw House of Wax. twas good. I will find out Talented Mr Ripley.
The Butterfly Effect. It’s the second time I seen it, my wife hadn’t before and I thought it was really good the first time around. I heard they made a sequel, is it any good. My favorite part of The Butterfly Effect is where the little guy gets throttled by his father (that scene just made my mind race with possibilities for why they guy is trying to kill him), and its really cool when you see why the guy goes crazy.
Casino Royale would be the last one I saw.
Poseidon. Pretty good movie, but I didn't find the movie that interesting. In my opinion its Titanic > Poseidon
The last movie I saw was The Valiant..Its an animated film it is based on a true story.
Borat!
Bloody hilarious!
I watched Stephen King’s IT last night, first time in years.
A good movie and it has aged pretty well. It was nice to see it again after such a long time. I had forgotten it starred the late great John Ritter – such a loss.
I rarely rate Stephen King Movies (the books are much better) but this along with Misery, Carrie, Salem’s Lot and Cujo and to an extent Cat’s Eye (that was the movie with the unique way to quit smoking right?) these movies make a good selection. After that list maybe I do rate his movies.
I kind of liked the story in Pet Sematary but the little boy looked a lot like our own little boy and we found it hard to watch the movie – it really made us sad.
Of course of the other ‘Stephen King’ movies The Shawshank Redemption is a class act and I recommend it to anyone but the Running Man has dated quite a bit but is still an ok waste of time.

I have seen "VIVAH" recently. A nice movie from Rajshri Productions.

I am having a bit of a run on older horror flicks at the moment and have been over-dosing on Steven King movies, the Hellraiser movies and now…
…I just have to comment on the Bride of Chucky. I have just finished watching it for the first time and I absolutely loved it.
I loved this, the fourth instalment of the Child’s Play Franchise after watching parts one, two and three in quick succession over the last few evening, I watched the first one in the 80’s but had never seen the sequels before this week.
I enjoyed all the movies but this one I adored, not so much for the horror value but for the comic value and way it was put together - Lots of fun!
I am now looking forward to watching the Seed of Chucky which I fear may not be up to the standard set by The Bride of Chucky. It was just such a unique movie, like a new slant on an old formula.
I know it is fairly old now but if you haven’t seen it I recommend it for comic value alone.

I just saw Deck the Halls a couple days ago.
for me, its the Tooth Fairy....
its some sort of scary specially when someone besides you scream out loud everytime the tooth fairy killed people! nyahahahA!
BUT IN movie THEATER, its DOA dead or alive, ive watch it w/ my uncle in mall of asia located at roxas boulevard Philippines. its only one way trip from my hause, hehehe! LOL!

I watched this film last night and was pleasantly suprised. I'd heard rumours it fell into the 'so bad it's good' category but that really isn't true. I found it to be a genuinely good entertaining movie. Yes the CGI snakes looked like CGI snakes and the dialogue was almost entirely cheesy one liners and the plot was ridiculous but I'm sure that's exactly how it was supposed to be.
Great fun, check it out.
Great fun, check it out.
Deja Vu, Great film, strange and hard to follow at times, but otherwise good. If anyone says it's about timetravel, and you don't like timetravel films, it's more than that, so i recommend it.
SEE IT NOW!
SEE IT NOW!
last movie i saw was Casino Royale. By far I would rate it as the best bond movie ever. it was a excellent performance by daniel craig (if i remember correctly), and he proved wrong all those critiques out there that said he wouldn't fit the role.
I think he's brought some new and better aspects into the character and I can't wait to see him in the next bond movie lol.

Don't laugh but my dad and I saw Happy Feet yesterday. It was a pretty good movie.
"Requiem for a dream" (finally!).
GREAT film, with some cinematic language stuff really awesome, like the mother seeing herself in a video-look effect on her apartment.
... and the steadicam-self-doped-shots. How did the actors took the weight of a film camera?! (at least 10kg)

The last movie I saw was Material Girls with Hillary Duff. Wow, this movie sucks big time! It was not my choice to go, but you know, the girl likes those soft princess comedies. Well, even she admitted that this was the worst movie of 2006. We go like twice to the movies every week. So we've seen a bunch! It was so predictable, the humor so low. I felt like even sleeping during the movie was a waste of my time
the last movie i saw is Shrek 2
great movie i think
great movie i think
The last movie I saw was Lord of the rings: the fellowship of the ring The extended version. i saw that movie for the 6e time
The last movie that I saw was the Grudge 2. It was pretty okie, but shame coz it had the same type of scares in it. I'm waiting for the Brazilian Job to come out(for those who don't know)it is the sequal to the italian job...but in Rio..woohoo!
mine is Casino Royale, it's different than other Bond movies and im happy that it is. I have seen previous James Bond movies and they're the same old thing. im quite amazed that the actor have done some of the stunts himself, haha slap that on Pierce Brosnan's face.
Last film I saw was : Rocky Balboa.
Inside man..hehe
The last movie I saw was The Queen.
Highly recommend it to anyone interested in a different movie. My wife and I saw it on an aeroplane with terrible sound and picture quality, and it was still great. Gave us great insight into the power of the press, and papporazi.

Spiderman 2 came on tv last night so i decided to watch it. that was the last movie that I saw. i also watched Star Wars VI: The Return of the Jedi recently...
I finished watching The Coast Guard today. I had it on my computer for about 2 weeks but never got any time to watch it. Movie was too deep for me. Most of Kim Ki Duk's films are. I'm pretty sure someone here saw Spring, Summer, Winter, Fall....and Spring. Coast Guard was deeper than that. I guess watching it depends on the right time and mood.
The last movie i saw in a cinema was Open season (took my little brother to see it) it wasnt that great.
Yesterday I watched freddy got fingered (again) joe dirt, clerks 2 and a few other movies.
Yesterday I watched freddy got fingered (again) joe dirt, clerks 2 and a few other movies.
Yesterday I saw "Apocalypto" and frankly I thought it would be much better.
The last movie I saw was Apocalypto.
I saw the Holiday. =D It wasn't spectacular but I enjoyed it.
Saw it tonight, Lonely Hearts, and was taken by surprise. This is by far the best movie I've seen that I've never heard of before. Knowing nothing about it except for the IMDB preview and a glimpse of the trailer, I was more than pleasantly surprised to watch this. Lonely Hearts doesn't back down and goes balls to the wall when it comes to portraying some pretty provocative and controversial material. It probably won't make it big in the theaters because it won't be shown in alot of markets, but believe me when I say it's worth it to make the effort and watch this movie. You won't be disappointed and it's better than most other shite that's out there playing right now
Your man Tan
Your man Tan
I saw Babel and Blood Diamonds.
Nice movies I must say but i liked BD most.
Enjoy it.
Nice movies I must say but i liked BD most.
Enjoy it.
the last movie i saw in the theatre was The Good Shepherd, which by the way is not worth 9 dollars to go see... they showed all the action there is in the previews. the movie is very slow and very long as well for it being not action packed oriented. its one to see on dvd if you want to see it, but just note there is not a whole lot of action in it like other matt damon movies.
I just saw Pursuit of Happiness. Man that is a sad movie. I really did not want to see it but I got drafted into seeing it with my family two days ago.
Just got threw watching Peppermint Candy. Movie seemed boring but when it hit the end it really gave you an after effect. I sort of want to watch it again. Reminds you of the depressing times of the Gwanju killings.
The last movie i saw was Cold Mountain, with Nicole Kidman and Rene Zellweger. It's a love story in the of the american civil war. A great movie for a guy to watch with a girl. Some violent scenes, some love scenes (the violence isn't very hard but it's realistic). Naked Nicole Kidman in the end. Yay!
the last movie i saw was death note..was a great japanese movie..i am currently waiting for the 2nd part now
high school musical..??? hahahah..
actually, not a bad movie...
actually, not a bad movie...
The last movie I saw was "The Good Shepherd" with Matt Damon, Angelina Jolie and Robert De Niro.
It wasn't what I expected obviously, The trailer promised more action judging by the scenes, but all I got was small talk. I thought there would be CIA staged kidnappings, assasinations and so on because it goes beyond the 60's.

Rocky Balboa
Nacho Libre
Just watched Jang Jin's Righteous Ties. It was an awesome movie. Mixed with comedy and action.
Just watched Jackass 2.
OMG someone is going to be killed making these movies. As each movie comes around the stunts have to be more outrageous and dangerous.
I am not a bog fan of the stunts they pull involivng bodily fluids and waste products - I could do without that kind of stuff to be honest.
But many of the stunts are way out funny and you are amazed that these people are willing to put their bodies through them.
PS I loved the amazing double-standard of not encouraging anyone to copy the stunts or not to send your own home-made videos of stunts in because they don't want to encourage the lunatic fringe.
We then make a number of Jackass movies AND Johnny Knoxville lands a lead roll in a Major Hollywood franchise like the Dukes of Hazard!
Hmmm, what message are we sending out to the kids really?
Its worth getting your face burned off with a blow-torch because there might just be a big paycheck at the end of it for you.
Okay, mini-rant over.

Apocalypto
It was a strange movie, but as usual Mel Gibson did a work of wonder!!!!

rocky balboa was the last film i seen.I expected to go all Scrooge on Sylvester Stallone's sixth round as Rocky Balboa, the Italian Stallion from Philly who boxed his way into popular and Oscar glory with the first and best Rocky in 1976. And make no mistake, there is much here to cringe at. Thirty years later, the sixty-year-old Stallone, as writer, director and star, has put himself back in the ring with a champ -- this time he's played by light-heavyweight Antonio Tarver. It's an exhibition match in Vegas, for charity, and Stallone looks damn fit for a geezer. It's his screenplay that needs major toning. No sappy clichˇ goes untapped as Rocky runs a restaurant named after his dead wife, Adrian, whose grave he visits daily. He takes guff from pal Paulie (Burt Young) and worries about his son, Robert (Milo Ventimiglia), who helps him prep for the big fight. It's a brutal regimen. But Rocky has "a beast inside him." Just when you're ready to puke, the old Bill Conti theme ("Gonna Fly Now") kicks in -- are you feeling it? -- Stallone steps in the ring and every day is Christmas. All together now: Rock-ee! Rock-ee!
last movie i have seen is Flushed away. Its very funny movie really like the jokes they make.
Last film I watched was Spaceballs.
Hah, classic comedy by Mel Brookes. Legendary.
However, the last "new" film I saw, was Apocalypto.
Bad reviews - and by bad I mean people who don't understand the film, so slain him due to "racism".
Good, odd film.

The last film i seen at the cinema was smoking aces and the last film i bought on dvd was 16 blocks. The both are very good films.
Sadly :[ Jackass 2. I thought it was the worst movie ever. I don't reccommend it at all.
"Big." Yay for young Tom Hanks!!
I saw Epic Movie it was kind of wierd but then again I missed the beginning of it so I had no clue what was going on.
Last film I watched was Tremors 2, 20 minutes ago.
"A Night at the Museum" - Ben Stiller, a good movie!
Now it changes to Paradise Now, what you guys think about it?
The last movie I saw was Because I Said So with Diane Keaton and Mandy Moore. It wasn't as bad as the reviews have made it out to be really, though it *IS* super cheesy and melodramatic. It was also really forced and predictable, I mean you could literally figure out every plot twist in the movie by about minute 15.
Diane Keaton was so so, I kinda felt sorry for her, she deserved a better script really. Mandy Moore is actually a pretty decent actress, though I much preferred her in Saved!.

Well the last movie I saw was Casino Royale....
I watched "Children of Men" yesterday. It was not bad. However, it was hard to understand. I didn't understand whole meaning of the movie.
Diamonds Are forever was the last film I saw. Last night,.
I have recently been on an excursion (via ebay) and bought 19 of the bond films in the last week.
Watching them sequencially and am up to (whatever is after DAF)

The last movie I watched was GOAL!
Being brought up as a Newcastle United supporter this film was fun to watch. I do feel that it might have some limited appeal for other people too though.
Did this film make any impact in the USA or anywhere outside of the UK?

Finally saw the beginng of Epic Movie so now I know it is wierd but still kind of funny.
Just finished watching two movies back to back.
First was The Dirty Sanchez Movie, VERY funny and better than Jackass without a doubt. No so much fecel humour which I really struggle with. I was laughing and hiding my eyes at the same time - great stuff.
Second Was The Texas Chainsaw Massacre - The Beginning. Also quite a good movie, pretty gory but a lot of fun and a good insight into how leatherface came to be and how the crazy Hewitt family we encountered in the remade Texas Chainsaw Massacre came to be as twisted as they were.
A very enjoyable afternoon of distraction and time off from the forum at last!

I watched A Petal today. It was surprising to see a movie based on the Kwangju mass. The movie was made in 1996 so I couldn't expect much. Too bad only one director has been brave enough to make a film over the controversial event. Hopefully another director can make something happen.
I watched Babel. Not nearly as good as I thought it would be. They were confused as to what message they were trying to make, and ended up not making one at all.
the last movie i saw was rocky balboa, his final installation of the movie. i thought it was more of a closure for him ratuer than making it a good movie. im glad he got that off his chest. the dude still looks hella buff. but damn the story line ws garbage...all and all. go watch it if you are a fan of rockey.

I gotta agree with you on that one. It was pretty hard to follow when for most of the movie you could only make out 1 or 2 words in each sentence Rocky said
Last movie I saw was Reno 911 Miami. It was midly entertaining with several funny scenes. It still was pretty stupid. Then again as long as it is better than Borat I am happy.
Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned To Stop Worrying And Love The Bomb
Classic, brilliant Cold War satire. Peter Sellers is just amazing.
Gentlemen, you can't fight in here! This is the War Room!

Last film(s) I saw - I went t' Cinema on Friday gone and watched The Number 23, and then Ghost Rider.
I really enjoyed both of them... Ghost Rider being very slow for the first 45 minutes, but still entertaining... and in true comic ---> movie tradition... Very cheesy.... but a good film.
The Number 23, despite all the bad press, raves and reviews is perhaps the best film I have watched this century.

The last movie I saw was Stranger Than Fiction with Will Ferrell. It was cute and I was a huge fan of Maggie Gyllenhaal in that movie. I definitely recommend it for a couple of laughs and a good overall plot.
Going to see '300' tonight. I shall let everyone know how good it is (I've heard nothing but good reviews).
Edit: 300 was great. Strong story great action, surprisingly only 2 hours long. The overall look and feel of the movie was amazing. Be weary, however, of those saying things like "greatest movie ever" & "my favorite in a long time". It was good but don't overshoot your expectations...

Watched "Accepted" a few weeks ago. Cool idea for a movie, and sort of relate-able because I'm in my first year of college. Though I was never rejected. Still, good movie and funny.
I went through the pages looking for insight into several movies I'd like to see and one person had seen the The Good Shepherd, a drama about espionage and the beginnings of world's largest and most powerful criminal organization, the CIA. The guy was bored, not enough action. ...lol... Flick features an all-star cast.
Someone else briefly mentioned Blood Diamonds, again featuring interesting subject matter, this time about the illicit diamond trade in West & Central Africa I believe. Whether the movie ties Liberia's former strongman Charles Taylor, or any his handlers (CIA) to the exploitation and bloodshed, I do not know. Two other interesting connections to Taylor were Pat Robertson & Jesse Jackson.
Further, the movie most assuredly wouldn't dare delve into the fact that both terrorist organizations & multi-national corporations alike profit handsomely or that Israel, which has no such natural resources itself, yet, precious stones from Africa are their 2nd leading export. The vast majority of which, end up in the US...lol... But if it gets people thinking and understanding that they have to do the research themselves to know the facts about world around them then such movies are a start.
Another movie I just haven't had time to go see (although none of these even played in our town), is Forest Whitaker's portrayal of Ugandan dictator Idi Amin in The Last King of Scotland. Amin, a tool of the British Empire, was a ruthless thug.
I can recommend Al Gore's Inconvenient Truth, which is the last movie I've gone and seen.

The last film what I looked at there was Holligans. I watched him on PC, not in the cinema unfortunately, but for this 3 times I already saw him though this is the film which one can watch in infinity.
Just saw "300". A very nice film. I love the effects.
its mukhsin..won awards at 57th Berlin International Film festival..
its about fist love..

The song haunts me.., 14 March 2007
8/10

Overall the film is OK. I think it's better than Sepet and much better than Gubra in term of its story, its sentimental value.
There are a few scenes that makes me touched. Yes I agree that the boy (Mukhsin) did his acting very good. Brilliant. I can say that his acting is almost natural.
However, the song 'Ne Me Quitte Pas' by Nina Simone really spooks me.

I just saw I think I love my wife. It was ok I guess.
I watched "Man of the Year" recently. It's a good story. It's good to have a little humour in politics.
Watched Hannibal Rising today. It was just... ok.
I watched 'speed' today, I know that it's an old movie, but I haven't seen it yet, so today I watched it in my computer. (My dad downloaded from limewire)
It had nice story, so it was OK.
The story of movie is very important for me!

I watched was Monthy Python's Quest for the Holy Grail not too long a go. A movie fuild of surreal madnsess, and I love it
I saw "The Illusionist" on DVD, it s a pretty good movie. I liked the way it was filmed to, with very warm colors and many face close-ups..
I saw Bridge to tarabithia With a friend. We both thought the movie would be more of a fantasy movie, but it turned out not to be so. I thought it was still a very good movie even though the movie was very different from what we were expecting.
The last movie I watched was part of Casino Royale on DVD. I liked what I watched but I still need to finish it.
The last movie I saw in theatres was TMNT. I liked the movie, it wasn't that great, but it had some funny parts, and was good.

300 and liked it very much.
The last movie I saw was Meet The Fockers. It was on TV the other night and I thought it wold be a good one to watch. Good but im my opinion frustrating to watch haha. After you've seen it a few times, you know whats coming and it can get frustrating.
Mr Beans Vacation and Blood Diamond.
Mr Beans Vacation I will give 7.5/10. Very funny, but typical Bean stuff, you could see what was going to happen, but it still made you laugh.
Blood Diamond I give a 9/10. Loved the movie. Good level of action (could be more diverse). Good story and it really opens your eyes.

I do believe the last movie I saw was called the Covenant but I'm not sure if that was the last one or if it was Final Destination 3 that we watched last. We try to get movies at least once a week to watch but sometimes I get them out of order when asked what we watched last...
Saw shooter yesterday...starring mark walhberg.
it was a good movie...decent storyline, good action.
I like mark walhberg...esp in the departed...he was good in this movie as well.
Nothing extraodrinary in the movie as such...was a bit disappointed with ending though.
But still a good time pass.

The last movie I saw (today), was the Da Vinchi Code. For 10 minutes I was wondering who Sir Leigh Teabing was, then I was convinced it was Peter O'Toole. Of course it was Ian McKellen from LOTR and X-men. Wow, they look just the same!
Good movie by the way! No I haven't read the book.

The last movie that I saw was The Reaping. My boyfriend took me to see it to celebrate my birthday with me. He didn't like it much, claiming that it was a "chick-flick", but I loved it, even though it was a little confusing.[/i]
watched Pan's Labyrinth the other day..
I love the movie. Very tragic, but beautiful movie.

I've watched "Pan's" also.
The most incredible thing on this film is about violence: I (my pov) is that the changes to fantasy sequence from the real world sequence are far much more violent than the real world sequences.
I don't know if I was clear about that, but the thing is violence is not only related to blood or to ignorance, but to brusque changes. (my opinion, of course)
... well, it's a good film to watch and to reflect about violence, not only about a war or a little girl.

I saw Music and Lyrics on Saturday. It's not bad. I want to know if the song was actually sung by Hugh Grant.
I watched Spiderman I last night on TV and liked it more than the first time I saw it on the movies.
i FINALLY saw the Da Vinci code last night and REALLY enjoyed it!!!
I saw Spiderman 3 on friday.. and Earlier today i watched Spaceballs!!!!!!!
SPIDER-MAN 3,
The effects were great and they did Venom and Sandman Really well.
I think the writers had fun with Topher Grace. I watched That 70's Show, all the time, and some of Topher's lines were very Eric Foreman-like.
Best movie I've seen as of yet this Year. But I have a long Lists of movies I need to see in the coming months.

I saw an amazing movie the other night... It's one that just came out on DVD, which is Night at the Museum. That movie was so halarious! I loved the monkey and the Easter Island Head. He said, "Hey dum-dum, give me gum-gum." I almost died laughing. At one point he said, "Quiet! My dum-dum wants speak." Lol. I've been saying that for 2 days!
I saw Kinckn' it old school last week.
At the moment I am watching spiderman 1 and really enjoying it
. I can't wait to watch spiderman 2 and 3.
spider man 3 i thought it was cool.
spider-man 3 ... money was never spent with such a regret
I saw a hilarious movie a couple days ago. It was awesome. Delta Farce is an ...interesting movie. If you like comedy you should definitely see it.
88 Minutes. I have to say this is one of the best movie I saw lately. If you have seen the movie, the ending was not what you expected the way it is but it is still nonetheless a twist. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
I just saw the Once Upon a Time in China trilogy...
It was quite impressive, and Jet Li makes an exquisite Wong Fei Hung.
It tells the story of the life of Wong Fei Hung, a very well known martial artist that lived in China in times of political/economical changes with foreigners.
Awesome series. I recommend it to any martial arts fan.

I watched 1 and 2 in preperation for 3 yesterday, this thursday is my night out at the movies
But the last movie I watched was "fire in the sky", this odd alien movie, and what was weirdest was that it was played on the history channel!!!
Man I just forgot the name. Oh wait now I remember it was Shrek 3. It was ok but I guess the commercials kinda spoiled it by showing all the good parts.
The last movie I saw is The Holiday. Just managed to watch it the before yesterday. I thought it was going to be a boring movie but it managed to prove me wrong.
Norbit. It was....ehhh...a little odd/dull/stupid. Though I admit there were a few parts I found humorous.
The last movie I saw was 'Diarios de Motocicleta.' This is an amazing movie. It stars Gael Garcia Bernal playing Ernesto Guevara, and is based on the true story of Guevara and his friend. It's about two friends who travel across South America, and how their trip changed their lives. The movie has incredible shots of places, and most of the scenes were shot at the spot. One of my favorite movies. Also the music in the movie is very good.
Ah, i just got back from seeing Pirates of the Caribbean III
Though it's realy just 'more of the same', it's still a quite enjoyable flick.

Yep, plan 9 is quite the cinematic achievement.
I just saw Spiderman III couple nights ago. It was everything I hoped it would be. big budget, cheesey, glitzy, nerdy fun.
I just watched Syriana a few days ago. It's quite boring that I fell asleep.
the last movie i watched on computer was Spiderman 3 since spiderman is my favorite character. i haven'y been to theater for quite a long time. last time i went to theaters to watch a hindi movie- Lage Raho Munnabhai.
Last movie I saw was Scary Movie 4. What an awesome and funny movie.
Last movie seen was Fantastic Four, the rise of the Silver surfer
B4 that was Oceans Thirteen.
Very Good!
Both of them!

I watched Perfume last night with my girlfriend. It's a great 'couples' movie I'd say, just the right level of excitement and intrigue.
At the end though, I was rooting for the killer though, I couldn't help but feel for him with that background. I didn't quite get the ending though, starting to wonder if the mob ate him..!

I watched the DOA:Dead or Alive movie the other day...
Holy cow, it was terrible.

The last movie I saw was Max Keeble's Big Move, it was playing on t.v. last night and I decided to watch it, it was pretty cute for a kid movie. I love finding movies that play on t.v. especially if its like a no commercial station that just rocks, it feels so much better not renting a movie, but one just coming on naturally on t.v.
I watched Shrek 3 last wednesday!
The cinema was full and very animated! i really had a good time and the movie is very entertaining, serious sometimes but really great!!
you won't lose your money nor your time, it gives you punch and enthusiasm!!
an idea? go and watch Shrek 3! maybe with a depressive friend, he will like it too!(i tested)

At the movies, Shrek 3 was the last I saw.
The original is a bit old now and the second was pushing it, but that didn't seem to stop them from wheeling out a third, along with all the product placement (KMart, McDonalds, even the Nine Network had a 'Shrek Weekend') that comes with it.
It was alright for kids although as far as actual entertainment goes, I wouldn't bother. I wouldn't pay to see it at the movies, if there was nothing else on then I might think about it.
You know you'll see it eventually (TV, on a plane, whatever) so just wait until then!

The last movie I saw, was Senseless (1998). It's a college / high school movie with Marlon Wayans and David Spade. Marlon is joining a school medicine experiment where his senses is being strengthened. Many funny situations, and some romance too :)
kind of late.. but I just saw Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Johnny Depp).
I just saw Shrek 3 on the movies. I kind of liked it but this one was far more childish than the previous ones. It lacks that neutral sense of humor than the first and (especially) the second part had.
Nevertheless, the graphics were awesome. It's unbelieable the level that these movies had adquired, to the point that I feel that I 2D movies should start to fade away.
I just hope they don't continue with the saga and invest more time doing a script that is worth the quality of the images.

"Zodiac".
Long, but nice. And very segmented: I mean that the script come and goes on different characters, with different rhythms. It's impressive.
Fincher scores.

Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer. It was alright, but I don't know that I would actually but it when it comes out.
I saw Even Almighty and just a couple hours ago I saw Live Free or Die Hard. Both of them are great movies and somehow LFDH manged to be a very funny action movie.
The movie I last saw is Spiderman 3... Its a nice one..
I just saw Tommyknockers by Stephen King! (mini-series). I saw it 15 years ago and loved it, so I just had to buy it when I saw it on a second hand store. Recommended if you like good "old" scary Stephen King movies!
Just got through watching X Men 3.
Yup, on sky, never before seen, and never to be seen again... what a pile of garbage. Good CGI effects, but effects don't make a movie good.

Pan's Labyrinth.
Nice but strange movie. Sometimes not that real, but I know, it's fantasy
There also happens unpleasant and sad things. The end of the story I didn't like that much. But besides, it was a good movie.

Bheja Fry. It is a hindi comedy film. great one. must watch.
I Saw Transformers on Imax. Unfortunately it was just the regular 35mm film projected onto the Larger Screen. I would recommend watching it on The Regular screen The Digital DLP of it is Available in your area. The Sound in the Imax Theater was awesome though. Wish the Regular theater had the same sound system.
Just finished watching 'gangs of new york'. Even if it's old it's still nice
I saw The New Harry Potter movie. I haven't read the books so I don't know if anything was missing. I thought there seemed to be a few Holes in it. and Some parts that didn't really lead to anything. I guess it's all a set up for the next two movies or whatever. All in All it was ok. but nothing great.
I've just watched the new Harry Potter movie as well, and it was quite okay, I guess. The book is of course way better, but the movie is good enough.
I think I saw Team America last...
i saw borat... NICE!!
I rent through Blockbuster Video with a Total Access membership. It's great. I watch about six movies a week as a result, all for less than $20 a month. A great deal.
The last movie I watched was "The Last King of Scottland." It was about the Uganda dictator of the 1970s, Idi Amin - known as "The Butcher of Africa" - and the role was excellently played by Forest Whitaker. An excellent movie. I highly recommend it, especially if you are history buff such as me.

Yes, it is an interesting movie. I watched it on Singapore Airlines in April.
simpson the movie. It was not as good as i expected.
Just Finished Season 1 & 2 of "The Adventure of Sherlock Holmes" 1984 TV Series.
The Best Holmes & Watson I've ever seen. Never seen a better portrayal of Watson. Jeremy Brett is more than perfect as Holmes. I haven't felt better when I've seen a filmed version of book before.
10/10
PS: I've 5 more seasons to go. But with a new Watson.

I just finished watching The Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. I prefer the first Fantastic Four (2005). This one was a bit boring. The best part (or almost the best part) was where Jessica Alba burnt her clothes. Other than that, nothing was that interesting. I haven't seen the Transformers but I heard Transformers is much better than this Fantastic Four.
The last movies i saw was Spiderman 3 and Fantastic 4 Rise of the Surfer. Also Ratatouile
Hauru no ugoku shiro/Howl's Moving Castle
I fianally got to see it, and it's simply amazing. First I watched the original version, in Japanese, then the dubbed version in my native language. The original was for sure the best, the movie sort of lost all its magic being transcribed into Nowegian. it was simply not the same movie at all...

I don't really have much time to go out and see movies, and I am not really sure the exact date we went to see it. However, the last movie I went to was Vacancy. It was exactly what I expected, and my advice would be to save your money renting/buying this movie and purchase Psycho instead. The plots are similar, but Psycho is much better.
I watched the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles last week. I thought it was a movie was turned out
