Problem installing procoder 2

Hi all.

I'm trying to install Canopus procoder 2 over my old Procoder express but I get error that I first have to uninstall any previous version. when I do uninstall it, the error remains even if I restart the computer.
I've tried it at least 10 times and it doesn't work. I even tried to delete
remainders of the procoder express from the registry but still - nothing.

Anyone has any idea ??

Get a registry cleaner, that might help... also, what did you delete form the registry? aslo, try going into safemode if your on windows (f8 at startup) and uninstalling from there.
