thank you very much. I'm starting to do SEO for my site now and this thing helps. ^^ Which one do you think is better between do all SEO and site submission yourself or pay like 30-40$ to let other do it for u?

It simply depends on your time and budget..........
Posting in Directories is fine, but it will not have a huge benefit. Yes it will give you a backlink, but the search engines know that you are linking from a directory and will not rate the link important, unless you are listed in Dmoz.org or Yahoo! directory.
You should seek backlinks from other websites, preferably ones with similar topics/content. It takes more work to get these, but they are far more beneficial.
