i don't think there is such a thing because the provider which will give you free calls must pay to the telephone comapnyes. That's why everytinh like this is payed

its toatally waste of time but i know one company who offer free phone but there put lots of ad on your dialer and really slow not so clear

check out sipphones some free gateways allow u to call those destinations
I use openwengo when it in test stage. It give the tester some free call time. I use it to call my friend! But now, you need to spend for the call.
