Why don't you play something not so physical.............like chess or something ??
Soccer or Basketball - plenty of running involved.
As mentioned before, you could try soccer or basketball.
Swimming might be a goer if you can swim laps.
Volleyball isn't too rough I suppose...
if it's for physical reasons, the best is swimming.. but it could be boring some times.. as someone said, football (soccer) is a great choice, or maybe rugby is a great team sport...i don't like too much basketball, but lots of people does..
Baseball is my favorite. The similarities between swinging a bat and using a tennis racket may be interesting to you, but maybe not. It is a relatively inactive sport, and difficult to organize too since it requires so many people. Try hiking!
Soccer and basketball are the most enjoyable sports ever. If you have a bunch of friends, I'll suggest you to play soccer, especially if you have an open field around you. Otherwise, you should play basketball. I don't think it is fun to play soccer just by yourself, not as much as playing basketball individually i think. So, depends on your situation, but I'll say soccer or basketball.
