I tried an open source program called gmms. After I run it, it downloads the file but the file size is always 0 bytes. Not working properly on my system I guess.

Recording streams from internet radio is illegal unless the audio is non-copyrighted / royalty free. This would be pretty unusual - the stuff is streamed for a reason. I'll -close- this topic, but please PM me to discuss if you think this was particularly unfair.
